KEVIN HARTER
We’re proud to introduce the man leading Borelli Motorsports from the pit lane to the podium. With unmatched karting knowledge, proven leadership, and a passion for developing young racers, Kevin is the driving force behind our championship a vision.
Kevin Harter brings decades of karting experience, proven team management success, and a deep commitment to mentoring the next generation of racers to Borelli Motorsports (@BorelliMotorsports). Beginning his racing career in the late 1980s, Kevin competed in both 2-cycle and 4-cycle classes across Japan, Hawaii, North Carolina, California, and Ohio, earning a reputation for skill, sportsmanship, and technical expertise.
In 2005, Kevin founded Championship Racing Performance (CRP Racing)—a premier 2-cycle kart shop in Ohio specializing in developing drivers aged 5–12. Partnering with top chassis manufacturers such as Shockwave (@ShockwaveKart), Birel (@BirelART), Arrow (@ArrowKarts), and Top Kart (@TopKartUSA), CRP became a dominant force in youth karting. Kevin’s meticulously built and blueprinted C51 Comer engines powered drivers to national, regional, and local Kid Kart championships. Under his leadership, CRP Racing became known not only for winning results, but for instilling strong fundamentals, good sportsmanship, and technical knowledge in young racers.
Kevin’s leadership extended beyond his own team—he served as Treasurer and President of the Great Lakes Sprint Series (@GreatLakesSprintSeries), and contributed as a Technical Inspector at both local and regional levels. His dedication to teaching and mentoring has shaped the careers of countless young drivers, many of whom have gone on to succeed in higher levels of motorsports. He also understands the significant financial commitment involved in karting and takes that responsibility seriously—working to ensure that every driver and family gets the most value and performance from their investment.
A retired U.S. Marine Corps Master Sergeant, Kevin served 23 years on active duty, earning multiple awards and commendations, and applying the discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking developed in service to every aspect of his racing and professional career. Today, he continues to serve the defense community as Deputy Commander for DCMA Cleveland.
While Kevin has stepped away from competitive driving, his passion for racing remains as strong as ever. At Borelli Motorsports (@BorelliMotorsports), he channels his decades of experience into team management, driver development, and race operations, with the goal of replicating—and surpassing—the success he achieved with CRP Racing from 2005 to 2013. His focus is clear: build a championship-caliber program rooted in technical excellence, teamwork, and a commitment to helping every driver reach their full potential.

Kaden Harter brings years of championship-winning experience, technical expertise, and a passion for developing the next generation of racers to @Borelli Motorsports. Beginning his karting career at just five years old, Kaden quickly rose through the ranks, earning national recognition and multiple titles while competing under Championship Racing Performance, a competitive race team that helped shape his early career.

From 2011 to 2013, Kaden raced at the national level as a Factory Pilot for Top Kart U.S.A, showcasing his talent on some of the sport’s biggest stages.
Coaching & Mentorship
In addition to his on-track success, Kaden has extensive experience as a racing coach—providing in-depth instruction on safety, vehicle control, and racecraft to drivers of all ages, including specialized programs for young racers aged 5–8. His approach emphasizes technical skill, sportsmanship, and goal setting, preparing drivers for both competitive and personal success.
Technical Expertise
Kaden’s hands-on mechanical expertise includes race-prep, preventive maintenance, and chassis/engine tuning to maximize performance and reliability. He has represented teams and sponsors with the highest professionalism at trade shows, fundraisers, and trackside events, building strong connections with fans, partners, and the racing community.
Education
Beyond the track, Kaden graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cleveland State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management, combining his racing background with strong leadership and organizational skills to help drive @Borelli Motorsports forward.
At @Borelli Motorsports, Kaden blends his driving talent, coaching ability, and tuning knowledge to deliver results on and off the track—whether chasing the podium, fine-tuning a kart for peak performance, or guiding a young driver toward their first checkered flag.
