1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or special-order items may require additional time. If there is any delay, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

We ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly.

Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location.
3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us immediately.

Borelli Motorsports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
5. Local Pickup
