At Borelli Motorsports, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review the policy below:
1. Returns

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Any item that shows signs of wear, installation, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-returnable items: Custom orders, special-order parts, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us before returning the item.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the return is a result of our error (wrong item shipped or defective product), we will provide a prepaid return label.
