Any item that shows signs of wear, installation, or damage may not be eligible for a refund. Non-returnable items: Custom orders, special-order parts, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale. 2. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5�7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). 3. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
