Tillotson has created a new exciting category for the US Karting Market introducing the TPP-225RS engine which is offered for both Junior and Senior classes. This new category has derived from the Tillotson T4 concept as successfully introduced into Europe, however it was decided to offer the engine platform as an option for the US Karting Market.
Engine assembly is completed in the Tillotson Power Products facility in Decatur, Illinois which is also the distribution hub for USA. 
About the Engine:
The TPP-225RS features a completely new crankcase design which is heavily supported to allow a larger size piston compared to other common four stroke engines. The larger, 72mm diameter piston provides excellent torque in the lower rpm band and offers exceptional drivability, making it extremely user friendly for new drivers.

  • Tillotson FM Series carburetor calibrated for the TPP-225RS engine for easy starting and top performance
  • Engine is sealed so no tuning is permitted—only adjustment to the valve clearance is allowed
  • Forged CNC machined connecting rod/flywheel for improved strength and reliability
  • New design Tillotson crankcase with extra support for the higher power output
Engine oil:
Tillotson partnered with XERAMIC® Kart Lubricants to develop an oil that offers longer engine life and optimum lubrication. The oil can detect contamination or additives by inspecting it with a UV lamp to eliminate cheating. The 4-stroke oil is made exclusively for Tillotson and is mandatory to use in T225RS category.

    1. Returns

    • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Any item that shows signs of wear, installation, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

    • Non-returnable items: Custom orders, special-order parts, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale.

    2. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

    3. Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us before returning the item.

    4. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    • If the return is a result of our error (wrong item shipped or defective product), we will provide a prepaid return label.

    • Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location.

    3. Order Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

    4. Damaged or Lost Packages

    • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us immediately.

    • Borelli Motorsports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

    5. Local Pickup
